My Basic Practitioner Training gives
you the grip and firm footing…this NLP Master Practitioner Training

In NLP training, the more you prepare and learn, the firmer your
grasp of how to model excellence. The more you train and prepare,

you are a sales associate, a lawyer, doctor, teacher, or
entrepreneur. Perhaps you don't work at all --still, you deal with
people each day. And just because you don't draw a paycheck does

NLP, as you've probably read in the Basic Practitioner link (or if
you've taken my training) is short for Neuro-Linguistic
Programming. This "programming" is a set of communication and
thinking skills used by people all over the world.
NLP training was started in 1975 by a mathematician and a
linguist who had a very powerful question: could you study people
with a highly developed skill and discover a way to transfer that
skill to others? Richard Bandler and John Grinder explored this
question and from there successfully developed NLP, which stands
for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to the brain and
nervous system, all of which is powered by sensory in-put-what we
see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. Linguistic refers to language,
or the packaging of our thoughts. Programming is the arrangement of
sequence and data.
The cultivating of excellence will only enhance and develop your
own individual giftings and skills-and your uniqueness. It will
enable you to operate at your personal best-not compromising who
you are or your belief system.
If anything NLP training-the Basic Training and the Master
Practitioner Training -will encourage you to be you, expressing

Practitioner Training will touch . . .
MODALITIES & SUBMODALITIES:
Getting in touch with all five senses and how to "fine tune" our
perceptions of people and communication with them by sharpening our
submodalities -- or those divisions or qualities within our senses.
For example, to be with a person and to just see him or her is one
thing, but to be aware of their body movements, how they move in
reaction to what we say, and how they move when they talk can only
intensify our perception of that moment. The submodalities would be
the "details" of the scene that we see or hear or feel. For
example, we might hear someone speak -- but to be aware of voice
tone, rhythm and pacing and pitch intensifies the experience of
communicating with that very person. You will learn how to "read"
touches on the hand, hand shakes -- through being more aware of
skin temperature, grip, pressure, intensity of touch.
Learning submodalities can put you in the driver's seat for
excellent communication-because you'll be fine-tuned to "where the
other person is coming from-and this will enable you TO REACH HIM
OR HER! The Master Practitioner Training will give you the advanced
submodality distinctions that you need for effective, successful
communication skills!
Did you know……that every day, in every situation, people are either
asking or telling you commands-revealing their wants and desires
within "ordinary sentences"? Once you are trained to recognize
these commands-known as embedded commands-you will be better
equipped to "hit it off" with your clients and the important people
in your life.
Not only that, as well, you will learn how to form your own
embedded commands-so that what you hope to achieve is mentioned in
a non-threatening and acceptable way. You might say that this is
"people skills" applied to negotiations and needs-the other
person's and your own!

In the NLP Master Practitioner Training, we will be getting into

SELLING ANYTHING?
Whether we are bonafide salespeople or not we still sell concepts,

a living, we will be exploring values and beliefs and how to
"recognize" them in the person you are dealing with -- or how to
find out what they are in the other person. For instance, if you
are selling a car, you need to know what the buyer considers
important in a car-is it looks alone? Is it safety? Is it cost?
Maybe that person has a young child. How does the car hand with a
baby riding in the back. If you can get his values (what is
important) and what is that person's belief about cars or life in
general-it will be easier to connect on matters of the car because
you have connected with what makes that person "tick."

Body Posture clues…
Did you know that you can decipher how a person thinks or
"receives" his or her information-by observing how they sit? I'm
not talking about mere body language, but about micro-positioning,
movements that, if undetected, can cause you to miss out on vital
clues about them and how to reach them!
With NLP Master Practitioner Training, you'll be able to detect
more astutely whether a person is a "visual," "an auditory," "a
kinesthetic"-and with this knowledge, you'll be able to know how to
talk to them and relate to them (aware of what their perspective

you say them, could make or break a deal! You don't have to be a
scholar to learn how to use words effectively. I am referring to
the words that give the greatest impact, not the grammatical
correctness of those words. For example, if I say, "Shut up!" that
may have an entirely different effect and reaction that if I say,
"Be quiet." We will be getting into some words and word choices-for
the most desirable outcomes and effects. Success and excellence in
any situation involves strategy, sensitivity and skill-all of which
you will be learning and using in the Master Practitioner Training!
